Milipol Paris 2021 opening ceremony
Milipol Paris

An excellent turnout for a 22nd edition focused on recovery

Milipol Paris 2021 took place from October 19 to 22. Inaugurated by Gérald Darmanin, Minister of the Interior, the global safety and homeland security event received nearly 22,000 visitors, 42% of them international, from 138 countries.

This 22nd edition, featuring a wealth of new products, attracted security and safety professionals from all over the world, marking a strong recovery for the security industry. More than 100 official delegations from 60 countries and nearly 22,000 visitors visited Milipol Paris to discover the latest technological innovations in the security sector. These increasingly numerous advances respond to constantly changing requirements and threats.

"Milipol Paris was more than ever a focal point of revival for all players in the security industry sector.  For after a period of pandemic that inevitably slowed down the global economy, the 800 exhibitors present at this 22nd edition (55% of them international) have already observed the constructive signs of an upturn in business. This dynamism was also shored up by a solid international participation, with nearly 100 foreign delegations attending, and 21,238 visitors, 42% of whom were international. Last but not least, the Milipol conferences brought together top-level European and international speakers to exchange, reflect and take action in the field of internal security, factoring in events outside States’ respective borders. With this new edition, Milipol Paris has reaffirmed its status as the world's key event for safety and homeland security."
