
Emmanuel has worked as a consultant for the French government for the introduction of the biometric passport back in 2008.
Since 2010, he's been working at IDEMIA, delivering large scale biometric border control solutions for governments, notably for the European Commission and the EU-LISA agency, where he was in charge of the Biometric Matching System of the Visa Information System (VIS).
He also led some Smart Borders pilots in the EU, in preparation of the Entry-Exit System (EES).
In the last 3 years, he focused on the use of flight reservation data (Passenger Name Record) and he is now in charge of the border control and travel experience global offering at IDEMIA.
